Little to none. It is not their home, it is not their car. They are on someone else's property. They have no reasonable expectation of privacy anywhere BUT the bathroom. Take for instance, the cops. They can bug a public phone because there is no reasonable expectation of privacy on a public phone. Sorta of along the same lines here, even though your employer has issued a locker to each or some employee's, it is not theirs, and it does belong to him, therefore it is STILL his property and he can take a dump in it if he wants to much less search it.

working for someone else you got none. Nada. Zip.
Anything you type on the computer, can be read and usd againt you.
Anything you write on company paper -- is theres.
Anything you talk to on the telephone can be monitored and often is.
Only during your breaks and in the restroom is your only freedom.
When someone pays you for your time you belong to them.
So stop trying to download stuff and use company property for your own personal use you freeloader
