1. Which is faster?

First class mail costs $4.95 for my order but Priority mail costs $5.50. Do you know what one is faster by deffinition? not price?

mitchell-lama has added rent arrears to my credit,and i was no longer living in my highrise,someone else moved in illegally once i moved out,people have been doing that for years now,and maintenance/management is aware of whats going on and allows it for a few bucks under the table,there is now new management but the same maintenace crew,i have tried talking with them about it but they tell me that i have to talk to their lawyers,i have not been successful in doing so.i'm looking to move mid 07 and i'd like to resolve this any suggestions?(my rent was 1100.00 monthly that by 3 yrs is a whole heap of money wouldnt myou say?

I think 2.9% charge with an additional 30 cents is too much deduction. Am I better off without having a paypal acount for receiving payments and buying items...provide the pros and cons please...

A few months ago, i had applied for a credit card over the phone. I excepted the terms and agreed to pay the amount that was requested before getting my prepaid credit card. its been a few months now and i haven't heard anything, not a letter a phone call nothing from the company.. i reported it to the better business bureau of new york. and they haven't contacted me either..

What are the laws concerning privacy with bill collectors? I got one harrasing me, discussing info w/ other s?
I have a lady saying shes from a law firm collecting a bill from 5 years ago in 2000 that was orign. 200.00 now due to late fee etc it is 600.00 . they say if i do not pay now they will give this case to the lawyer and i will be soirry they will garnish my wages 25% and send a form to IRS to take 3,000.00 at income tax time. aLSO THEY CALL asking whom ever awnsers the phone at home my personal info where I work , about my debt and if they could pay my balance or I will have files charged against me ? I barley have money and single mom 2 kids and cant pay off 600.00 I told them I could try to pay 50.00 a month they said it wasnt good enough to send 100.00 i said i would try.. well i sent 50.00 on they 22nd and since they havent recieved it they said they would expect me to pay 600.00 in the next 24 hours and I have to call back by 6 pm to let them know what i plan to do or else....or else what??

I have a few ideas for a few different companies. I know that they probably won't think that they are good, but just incase i was hoping to send the ideas to them. That is, in the best possible way so they can be considered. Two examples that I have in mind are Apple Computer inc and Yahoo inc... any ideas of how i can put forth my ideas to these companies? I filed chapter 7 bankruptcy at the beginning of this year. Most of it was credit cards. Will the amount that was discharged be considered income and will i have to pay taxes on that amount when filing my 2006 income tax return. I also reside in Alabama, if that means anything.

i received this letter , it says on the letter that i have to pay humana. I called last month & talked to a man about this. But i forgot his name. I told him I didn't get a coupon book to pay. Well, then he told me that if i was low income. I wouldn't have to pay. I told him that i got 941.00 a month. & he told me that i quailfied for the free humana.
