That is a difficult decision. Are we assuming it was just a wad of money? It must have been, no wallet, etc. or you would know something.

About all you can do is watch the newspaper for a lost money ad. Are there any special things around where you found it? What kind of buildings or areas is it???

I know (or can imagine) how you feel. But your chances of locating the real owner is not very good. I am sure you can use it. I realize the "what goes around etc. " but it is not your fault. And if you don't know who it belongs to, what are you supposed to do? Throw it back in the street??? If you knew who lost the money that is different. You don't know, so pay some bills or whatever you want to do with it.Look at it as a windfall or a small lottery. God must have wanted you to have it........Don't think about it any more...................

Did you find just the cash? If you did then keep it. Without a wallet you will never find the person it belongs to. If you call the police and report it them bastards will just pocket it themselves. Just spend the money on someone who needs it or something that you really need.

Its a sad thing that happened to someone, but even if u report it how do u know the person who calms the money, is who it actually belongs to.. my advice.. either donate it to some charity.. or be thankful u have rent money for this month.. or hell spend it how ever u want to..

Why did harry borrowed the 550, merely because his rooftop on the construction has to bypass up? organic dangers is unpredicted, it truly is the reason insurance exist. .....inspite of the indisputable fact that the words is subjective...... lack of expertise isn't any excuse.....and the peace of mind organization has no information of the ":extreme winds"..... nicely, a ,loss is certain yet a thanks to cover and forestall it...... imagine about it...... The regulation is the regulation.......

Turn it in to the police. If it's not claimed in (I think) 30 days, it's yours. It could be a single moms paycheck, or maybe belong to someone well off. BUT you don't know. Just remember "what goes around, comes around".

If you did not see the person who lost it, then it's yours. If you still feel guilty spend it on a good cause or give it to the poor. Good luck!

I'd try to my best and a decent amount of effort to find its owner. It unable to locate him/her, keep it and do something wise with with it. Treat is as if you just earned vs. inviting all your friends out to some drinks.
