You can order them from IRS or if someone else did them for you they should have kept a copy
Transcripts are free, but they are very basic with your income and deductions usually on one page. A full copy will cost you $39.00 and it takes them awhile to send you one as I've had to order one before.

You can't actually get the returns on-line. The first answer gave you the IRS link to order copies that would be mailed to you.

NOTE: A transcript, that contains the INFORMATION from your return is free. An actual COPY of your returns costs $39.00 per year. Which do you really need?

This is part of the IRS website, and tells you how to order copies or transcripts. For most purposes, you'll only need a transcript - those are free. Actual copies cost $39 each.

go to a tax man and tell him what you need as the professionals can get things faster than we can doing it by ourselves.
