Does anyone know how i can get my money back???

A few months ago, i had applied for a credit card over the phone. I excepted the terms and agreed to pay the amount that was requested before getting my prepaid credit card. its been a few months now and i haven't heard anything, not a letter a phone call nothing from the company.. i reported it to the better business bureau of new york. and they haven't contacted me either..

Why don't you call that company, and ask them what happen.
