I've already invested into a mutual fund, I have a couple cd's already, but I'm wanting to invest in some of the weird stuff that many people haven't heard of. I'm looking into purchasing tax lien certificates and have thought about the real estate, but I'd like to find something a little less complicated than real estate.

We have a two bed one bath home. we also converted our garage into a bedroom .We purchase our home about 7yrs ago.for 75,000.00 . We can try to sell it for 180,000.00..I know i'ts crazy,,but that's how much homes went up in our area.. I love my house, but we have a big family now. We really need a second bathroom. and more space..The problem is that even if we sell our house we can't really get a desent home no less than 350,000.00 the payment would be to much for us right now,but in a couple of years we could probably aford it ,but not now..so we were thinking maybe to rent a bigger house and rent ours too. and in about two years we could buy our bigger home. What do you guys think???we have 3 kids and the problem is the potty training and when we are takinf showers and ect...

This hedge fund is run by one of the highest paid people on Wall Street and is sometimes responsible for up to 10% of the daily trades that occur on NASDAQ. Does anyone know what I am talking about? I think i read about it in Wired. I am NOT talking about Long Term Capital Management (this computer driven fund actually works :)

I have asked him what he do if he could get them paid off. He told me he would cut the cards in half. He said the bank will not give him a loan because it would be an unsecured loan since he does not own his home or a vehicle that is worth more than the money he needs to borrow. He is not able to make the minimum payments every month and has to also deal with over the limit charges. He has asked me what to do. I suggested trying to open up a new credit card with a 12 month 0% interest introductory rate and transfer the balances but be sure to cut the cards in half first. But that will not work if the new account's credit limit is less than he needs to consolidate the two. He is looking for a solution that will help him pay off his debt. Is there a way he can do this without finding a better paying job?

I am a new eBay user and I purchased a branded handbag from eBay last week, which was described as genuine. But I was shocked when I received the bag as it is different as described and doesn't seem genuine. The bag was sent from China instead of US as described, and it looks really cheap, like a product made in China. I contacted the seller via email but didn't get any reply. I checked the seller's details from eBay and it shows that the seller is no longer a registered user. Then I reported this problem to eBay and yet, there is no response or reply too. Is this the kind of service they provide to their users? Are they trying to protect the seller? Is this a scam or what? I really have no idea what is going on. I am really disappointed as I never thought this could happen on eBay. I thought eBay is the safest and trusted online marketplace. I've lost confidence with eBay and I will NOT recommend eBay to anyone!
