why a person cant be sad always?where does these both come from?

If one is always happy, he will become unhappy for being happy and otherwise. Happiness or otherwise is a state of mind.

A wise prophet once said, "...men are that they might have joy." While our existence is often hampered by trial and tribulation FOR which we may not be happy...we can certainly be happy IN these same situations. In other words, we will most likely not be happy FOR our adversity...but we can be happy IN our adversity if we remember the reasons we are afflicted.
For the religious, adversity is understood as a test of our resolve and faith in a being who controls all. Additionally, this test is necessary to prepare us, or better said, to qualify us for something of greater worth that we may not yet fully understand. As we show our faith and commitment to live our lives in accordance with God's will despite our challenges, he grants us the strength to overcome and enables us to be happy even during those times when it would be logical to feel unhappy.

A person cannot be always happy as to realise its importance....
A person cannot be sad always to value the happiness he receives.
They both come from the deeds you do Karma...

Human emotions affect the feelings of happiness and sorrow. Encountering with different situations around, one cann't be happy or sad always.

If we were 100% happy all the time, maybe it would get boring. But there's nothing wrong with being a level 90+ percent happy, right? :)

Life will be boring if it gives only happiness. Hence the nature gives light & dark, good & bad, Glad & sad etc.

If we resign ourselves to will of God, and ask HIM to accept these sufferings to offset the bad breaks we may have made in life, I don't think we need to worry. But we must keep our heads balanced, and not panic.
These sufferings can be a start of good luck for us later too!

happiness comes with contentment. unfortunately, this world is full of the infinite... once you learn something, two more questions pop in your mind. when you achieve, you want to outdo yourself. when you acquire, you want to have more. people are in this universe where the limits are beyond sight. we forever seek, we always question, we never run out of wants... we never become contented.. happiness eludes us.

Because there are always some bad people in the world, and sometimes, we are bad people in doing bad things ... this would make us sometimes sad.
Everything in life is good, and we are (humans) make it bad ... so we should always try to be good people.
