I just got an 8 week old shih tzu puppy, but my dad just signed a lease for us to move into a new condo (that the owner is renting out to us) that allows no pets. I love my puppy and want to keep him. Do you think its possible since shih tzu's seldom bark and other neighbors have animals. The only reason the owner of this one wants no pets because she thinks it'll make the house dirty/smelly. The owner doesn't live in this building and i think i am going to train him to pee on puppy pads and only once a day take walks (the condo is huge). What do you think?

We have 5 acres in a rural area with an average elevation over 1300ft. We are within 20 miles of a major metropolitan area and close to a junction of two major Interstates. There are no zoning restrictions in the area and the nearest airport is 8 miles away.

We have been interested in this proposition for a while now, but don't know who to approach or how, and would rather not go through a land lease broker.

Say for instance if my local sports club, work, working mens club etc didnt have a tv licence surely if the patrons, employees do etc then that should be enough! Why is this not the case? Why should the licence fee be paid twice? If we pay the licence fee shouldnt we be able to see the yearly accounts and therefore see how much of it goes on wages?!!!! I wonder what European LAw has to say about the validity and legality of charging a licence fee in the UK?

Take for example Walmart - it is a big customer for small vendors but because of its aggressive bargaining strategy to deliver lowest cost of its product to its customers it need not be the best customer for the vendors.Another eg: an automobile company which has a number of machinery parts outsourced from vendors, the vendors get a right price of its offering and in turn the automobile company sometimes helps in making the vendor more competetive through vendor development,so it becomes a big plus a best customer.
