yes we are a junior officers but we are not their slave ...we went to university yet they treat us like a schoolboy.......

I am also a boss but I have seen that happen. These people are born as slaves and wanted to rule over when given the chance. Be patient if you have the chance to leave then do so and look for a better job. Stress will not be a comensurate to a lot of money you are getting.
So either you wait for your chance to be the boss or look for another job and find yourself with another ***.

I understand how u feel, these bosses don't deserve staff like us. I hate my boss becos he's egostic, arrogant. stupid and adamant that eveything must be done his way.....
