How can I find out the companies that had just started selling stocks in the market? How can I check their financial reports to determine whether or not to invest? Where can I find reports about the best proforming and the great losses of the different companies in the different sectors? Is there a website/s where I can find at least most of the information I need?

Well first you can check the companies' websites. Second you can check the stock markets where they are listed (like NYSE or NASDAQ or London or Paris). Third you can check the financial services and rating companies like Merrill Lynch and similar.
All the links can be found on Yahoo! Finance. Good luck.

I use Yahoo Finance...to check up on the market....It may not be the best choice for someone who needs information very fast, but it is good enough for someone who isn't concerned about up to the second information.
