weren't going to buy, how would you handle this? She did buy a lot, but she tore up a lot too. She cussed at every breath. She acts like she needs medication. She fusses about everything. She hollers WHERE MY BUGGY?, even though it's really close by her. She's obnoxious!

Our boss is spineless!
It's a grocery store. She was opening honey buns and swearing they were out of date. My friend pointed out that the date said dec 10th not dec1st. She started hollering that she need to see the eye doctor and then yelled hey eye doctor, here I come!
This ain't a joke. It happened Saturday night right before 10pm closing. She loves to come in late and reak havoc.

The customer is allways right, untill they are wrong, then the Manager has the right to refuse service to the customer. Case closed.

No ,obviously she has a problem and you don't so be thankful for your sanity. There are people who should handle the situation not you.She should be seeking professional help and still thats not your area of responsibilty.
If she messes up the place and cusses you LEAVE! She is not obnoxious,she is sick. Be patient you might end up being like her

the worker represents the corporation. If a shopper has topics with the corporation the worker is an basic purpose for them to vent. the purely time I actually have ever been abusive to a retail save worker has been even as they're a finished slacker and moron. human beings like that do not deserve my respect.

I used to work at a grocery store and we always used to get crazy nuts coming in and doing stuff like that, and the manager just kicks them out, you have nothing to worry about let the manager deal with it, it's his problem not yours

I would make her pay for the items which you are not able to restock and then I would call the police and have her removed. Let them help with the mental evaluation!
