If you don't pay your bill andleave the country, there is absolutely nothing they can do except ruin your credit in the USA. You would not be able to get credit in the USA for 10 years.

They CAN'T send you to jail for not paying your debts in the USA. They will try to find you in the US but if they can't they can try to sue you and ruin your credit here for a few years. Since your SSN is only valid here, when you go back to Japan they will not and cannot "go after" you. The only debt you should worry about are students loans if you have any. Maybe if more foreign students got credit cards and left without paying, companies would stop targeting students with no job and no source of income but their parents or school financial aid.

If you don't pay the credit card debt then your credit scores will go down the toilet.......then when that happens all debt that is not paid will more then likely be transfered over to collections.......then you will have negative marks on your credit which will take 7 years to remove...and when let's say you want to buy a house, car, or whatever that involves credit you will get higher interest rate, have to put down more cash, or you will simply be denied...

you could not be put in penal complicated in u . s . a . of america for possessing someone money. If is were that way, we can be a rustic of jailbirds, not immigrants. do not problem, the business employer is established with the position you're, no matter if you do not. Guido will come a knockin' and then you will be able to favor kneecap coverage. yet hi there, this is u . s . a . of america.

US laws only apply in the US. That means they can ruin your credit based on your US social security number, but they cannot come after you. It's hard enough for creditors to come after people in another state, let alone another country.

First you will be black-listed in USA. Second you will be sued by Credit companies. Third you will be judged hence not allowed to leave USA. And even you leave, they can still get to you in Japan.
My advice: be legal, find a small job, reschedule your loans and try to pay back.
