When my parents separated, my father took my mom's credit card and maxed it out. Needless to say he put us in a bad situation where now we are just trying to get my mom's credit fixed. Right now she is having some major financial issues, is there place that will give her a loan based on her income rather than her credit!?? All she needs is about 1,500.00$ Maybe less..??

No lease agreement, just a verbal one. My tenant still owes me for last month's utilities and rent and this month's utilities and rent, now up to $700 and the cable was transfered to this house in his name and it's not working either. He has told me for the last week that he will be giving me money; even interrupting my dinner last night with a call asking if I would take cash since he cannot seem to find any checks. He didn't come home with the money, said he was going out later to get it, I inquired twice more last night and the last time he just went to sleep or at least in his room and didn't respond. He also leaves my house a general mess and I have absolutely no reason to keep him around if he's not paying rent. I plan on calling the Police later to ask them what routes I can take if I do actually plan to remove him, but the thing that worries me is that the family's got a good lawyer friend that I fear will turned on me if I try removing him with no contract.

How did you figure out what you wanted to be? i want to go to school for a "specialized" degree instead of something that's extremely broad. I don't know... Please help me! I'm lost... even a little guidance would be nice.

5,000 on a repo.....is it smart to refinance your house? even though your payments would be about 200.oo more a month, but you would be getting back enough money to pay back that debt. and money left over......we have no other means to pay this big amount of money in 20 days....what do you think , would be wise decision to make?

How hard is the school work for getting your degree? How many years (I'm getting 4 years, 6 years, etc.) Is there a final test to become certified? How much math and how much chemistry? What types of classes are there (specifically)? What college have you gone to / are attending? How would you rate that school in difficulty?

What do you do on a daily basis? How much of the information do you actually have to retain when you start working as a pharmacist? What kind of tasks do you perform? Do you just mix medications / supply medications?
