I sent them copies of all paymentsand they can't get it straight. They stopped taking payments and tried to foreclose the first time the judge threw it out and they are doing it again

Send all the information to the credit reporting agencies right away because if it's on your record, you won't be able to refinance.

Meet with them and work it out taking all your documentation with you. Then refinance to a new company.

You nee to contact someone senior at your lenders to help you get this sorted out. By that I mean talk to them.
