Even though the price of stamps has since gone up? I mean, they all just say "1st" on them, not the price.

Or will I have to buy some 1p stamps to make up the difference?

Supposedly all you do is collect online for fabric sold, deduct 10% for your commission and send them the rest of the money via money order or cashiers check. Is this a scam??

It says 8.40 for me for 10k and 3.70 for each 5k I want to go higher. For my girlfriend it says 7.80 for the first 10k and 3.40 for each 5k extra. Does this sound like a decent deal?

i don't like the fit of dress shoes (wingtips etc) and i have to wear a suit sometimes. when i do, i was wondering if anyone thought it would be acceptable/professional to wear some black pumas with a black suit (other color suits matching as well too) I SAW JOHN LEGUIZAMO DO THIS ON ER quite often. I am buying a house and after making several offers on the home they finally accepted an offer. I was asked to pay the real estate agent 1000 dollars in earnest money on a house that i am interested in so that they can see that I am serious bout buying the house. My question is this: If after the inspection I am not happy with the house can I renegotiate the initial offer if all the things that are wrong with the house are not fixed? And if the seller refuses to fix everything with the house, and refuses to lower the price do I have to go through with the deal even if I already gave them 1000 dollars earnest money? And If I do not go through with the deal because I am unsatisfied with repairs on the house am I entitled to get the 1000 dollars earnest deposit back or do I lose this money?
