Supposedly all you do is collect online for fabric sold, deduct 10% for your commission and send them the rest of the money via money order or cashiers check. Is this a scam??

Be cautious. Ask yourself these questions....1) Were you expecting such a mail? 2) Did you apply for any job recently or register for any network or account lately? Also do a search on the company on www.google.com. The results will help you make your decision. If the results are in negative, ignore it. Also where did you find the message? If in your junk mail, it is sure to be a scam. To me, just reading between the lines of your questions, I feel it is a scam. I would advise you to proceed with caution if you are really interested in it.

It could VERY POSSIBLY (and likely) be a scam. However, see what they want. By that I mean: are they asking you for personal info like SS number or account numbers? Are they asking for money? If so, it is definitely a scam.

It can also be positively identified as a scam if they sent it to you unsolicited. Did you ask for info on working at home from Simply Textiles? If not, it sounds illegitimate.

Your best bet would probably be to delete it and forget about it.

I entered "Simply textiles Ltd" into the search engine and no firm of that name came up.
