Eventually I want to open up my own dance studio. But I have no idea how to go about doing that. Do I need to get an MBA to be able to do that? Do you know how much money I should be looking at investing in something like this? I am planning on doing this with a friend. I know that can be dangerous, what kind of precautions should we make so that it can go smoothly without ruining a friendship (possibly)?

My husband and I both would love to open up our own used car dealership. Right now we are busy working hard on our credit and saving up money. I've checked out how to get a business license in my state, but my big dilema is how to get a store front. Is renting or purchasing better? What's some average prices? I'm a little clueless so any advice would help! Thanks.

What is your opposition to the FairTax (www.fairtax.org)? Have you actually read the plan or are you just going by what some politician has said?

Everyones immediate response is no, and I can appreciate that. But he's more than perfect for the position and we rarely argue. I honestly think that it will push me to do better with him around considering i'd be embarassed if he saw me slacking....I need some outside input....

For a school project we have to create a business plan, we are going to give our employees health insurance, but we are unable to get quotes from insurance places without signing up with their website.

We just need an aproximate estimate, per employee per month.

Any help would be appreciated, even links where we might be able to find more info.

THanks in advance!!!

Hi,

I am in the web development business. Although my clients are really happy with my services, I really struggle to find new one...

I set up a website dedicated for that (www.s-development.net), but still I can't get new clients.

What is the quickest (and cheapest) way to find new clients?

Thanks!

I have a feeling that I would like to be in business but am a little short on original ideas. I am a nutritionist (public health sort) but am pretty open to ideas and am by no means stuck on my profession. I have also worked as a manager for some years and consider that I am ok at that. I have spent several years working abroad, in China, Darfur, South Sudan and recently Malawi. Now I want to settle back home. I have thought of trading in organic fruit and vegetables but it is hardly original. I have thought of trying a whole food type restaurant. I am in need of some inspiration and something that would fire me with enthusiasm! Many thanks for suggestions.

If you want to be understood by the 2% of America, you will be misunderstood at times by the 98%, and that's okay with us. For we are a part of the fellowship of the 2%. The dye has been cast. We have stepped out of the comfort zone. The decision has been made. We are leaders. We won't look back, let up, slow down, or back away. Our past is forgiven, our present is focused, our future secured. We are finished and done with low living, side walking, small planning, faithless dreams, tainted vision, mundane talking, cheap excuses, and dwarfed goals. We no longer need preeminence, position, promotion, promises, or popularity. We don't have to be first. We don't have to be right. We don't have to be recognized. We don't have to be praised, regarded, or rewarded. We live by faith, learn by submitting, labor by love, lead by example, live by prayer. Our dream is developed, our decision definite, our desire determined, our discipline dedicated, our devotion distinct, our pace is set ... ???

I have had several employment interviews recently. I am usually able to produce clear and concise responses to most questions. Sometimes I will get stumped on a question. In these cases I will give a politician answer which will work around the question asked and form the best positive response I can think of which adds confusion yet sounds good.. Is this a bad thing to do or should I say I don't know to those questions I don't have an answer for at the time?

Have you thought of the following

Okay, the winning odd is 14 million to 1 in winning lottery.
How often does it have more than 2 winners? If you have 14 million dollars, you will have a sure win situation, just buy all the tickets. Plus, the jack pot will be more afterward, and you may get 2nd/3rd prize as well

Of course, there is a chance of sharing your fortune with others. but that is a win win situtation.. what do you think if you are a rich person.... (NO need to invest on stock and bonds)
