when i opened my new account it asked for my server id and the server id i was sending my e-mail to. we have joint accounts with one headquarter and one recipient. how do i find our names with server id and how do i change them when they are entered wrong?

it depends on your email client. if you are using outlook or outlook express you would click on tools, account, and either "view or edit" or choose the account an then view/edit depending on the version.
