Also, check the database at :
http://www.snopes.com
you might find its been circulating for years.
My advice is delete and forget. If you really have won money they will contact you by other means.

It's not legitimate, sorry. Don't click on any links in the Email - that will bring you an area where these fraudsters will access your personal information. If you search for the website of the lottery or whatever organisation it purports to come from you will find warnings of scams & how to recognise fake Emails.
Don't fall for this.

classic scam... grasp a huge prize...for a "small" admin fee, your private info you will desire to in no way supply out to all of us...and you'd be fleeced. total West African international locations are being blocked on cellular/internet as they're extremely dodgy. i've got seen some "Inheritance" ones aimed "from" the united kingdom to credulous US voters.
