I was born into the wrong family. I am the only person who is financialy mature and responsible. I am 21, have financed my own $22,000 car, have my own place and a nice job. My mom is very unstable. ( I dont know my dad.) When I was about 15, she needed to get a house, but her credit is so0o0o0o horrible that she put the phone and electric in my name b/c she had outstanding bills in her name. Like usual, she left that house without paying anything off, and there is a $200 phone bill and a $500 electric bill unpaid after 6 years. These things are on my credit report reflecting negatively and it's hurting me b/c i am looking to move and put these things in my own name. Is there anything i can do?

My co-worker and I are male in our mid 20’s.

We work for a very small company, and we are the only employees.

Our boss requires us to carpool to other jobs together.

When my co-worker drives us he smokes pot while I am in the vehicle.

I never say anything because we are in HIS car.

My wife found out about this and said she was very disappointed in me because we don’t life that lifestyle.

In fact, I have never even smoked a cigarette.

She said she is mad because he is on company time smoking illegal drugs with ME in the car.

She is also angry because if we get pulled over I could be arrested along with co-worker.

She told me she wanted to call my boss, but didn't because its my responsibility to talk to him about it.

Driving in my car all the time is not possible, my boss requires us to drive in his car sometimes too since we don't have a company vehicle.

My boss likes to smoke pot on occasion too!

Is she right to be mad?

I'm really struggling a lot with a certain co-worker of mine. Every time I ask him to do something for me that is in his job duty, he bites my head off. In a work enviornment where we are suppose to work as a team, he is out for himself and wants to always pass the buck to everyone else when something goes wrong. Can someone give me some advice on how to rise above the situation? My boss really likes this guy, and I don't know what else I can do to resolve my situation with him. Today along angered me. He got really drunk last night, called in sick, knowing that his back up was already taking a vacation day. He bragged to other co workers that he was doing this! I don't want to quit my job, I love what I do, but something has to be done about him. Any feedback would be great.

I have 1st loan (with lender A) and 2nd loan from (lender B)on this home. What is going to happen to both my loans after I foreclose on my home? Will they still come after me?

I have a 401k/ Not married, no children, but my advisor says it is wise to invest in a variable universal life policy while I am young (the premiums are lower) so it builds cash value to aid in retirement plus I will have the death benefit for later on when I am married and have kids. Susie Orman thinks this is a bad idea and that 401ks and Roth IRAs are the way to go. Other people think differently. I am confused on what to do and wonder if people who have actually signed up for a Variable Universal Life policy have actually seen the cash value results when they have retired. My illustration shows about $600,000 cash value when I am 70- that is with a 12% return. I am wondering if I should go with this policy or use the $200/month it would cost to fund this and invest it in a Roth IRA instead or put more towards my 401k. Any serious advice would help!

I want to create a site targeted at schoolchildren and students, where they can also leave their opinion behind and interact on educational themes. What are the necessary legal considerations I have to make if I don't want to run into any lawsuit for slander etc? In general, how can I limit liability?

I plan on funding it via adclicks, so how do I proceed? Do I need some traffic first to be eligible? And what are the best ways to advertise the site? If I run the site with my friends and make money, is it a "society" that counts as a tax subject of its own? Should I take any kind of business consulting beforehand?

What sort of business liscense do I need to apply for if I want to use my current residential address for internet only sales? All of the companies I'm trying to purchase merchandise/stock from will only sell to someone with a business liscense which is cool, I just need to know how to register, will this require city, county and state liscensing? Under what heading? Thanks

Hi all,

I was gone for the weekend I don't have any texts or papers handy for
reference but the following link gives an elementary discussion of the
mass limits involved:

:wwwphysicsgmueduclassinfoastr103CourseNotesTextLec05Lec05_pt6_txt_stellarDeath

" Although it might seem at first that what might remain of a star after a
supernova outburst should be less than 14MSun and thus be a white dwarf,
this is not the case Even as far back as the 1930s a few astronomers felt
that the stellar remains were likely to be too massive to be a white
dwarf We now believe that all that remains of massive stars that have
undergone a supernova outburst is one or the other of two of the strangest
objects in all the cosmos If the stellar core remnant is less than 3MSun,
the collapse will halt at approximately the density of atomic nuclei with
a radius on the order of several tens of kilometers, producing an object
known as a neutron star. So help please if u can!!
