I want to create a site targeted at schoolchildren and students, where they can also leave their opinion behind and interact on educational themes. What are the necessary legal considerations I have to make if I don't want to run into any lawsuit for slander etc? In general, how can I limit liability?

I plan on funding it via adclicks, so how do I proceed? Do I need some traffic first to be eligible? And what are the best ways to advertise the site? If I run the site with my friends and make money, is it a "society" that counts as a tax subject of its own? Should I take any kind of business consulting beforehand?

one thing i can tell u is that if u want to make a website, it might cost money, but if u want to make a free one, just go to zoomshare.com, but the one that's at zoomshare.com might not be that cool, thats probably why its free.
