I'm thinking of going back to school. The problem I'm having is deciding which career path to take. I'm scared I'm going to choose something and end up where I am now, hating my job. I'm looking into the medical field, either a dental hygienist or an x-ray technician. Is there anyone is either field that can help me out?

I'm not in the UK anymore and when I left I had a credit card and a personal loan with a major bank to the tune of about 3600 in total. I simply can't pay it off. My monthly payment is what I'm living off in one month now (I'm a student). Will will happen? How do I check if I have a CCJ? When does the bank abandon hope of collecting the debt? I know it takes 6 or 7 year for the CCJ to be written off my record. Thanks a lot :- |

I have a small tent trailer rental business but i can not seem to find an ins. co. than will offer me special ins.for when my customers rent a tent trailer i know some of the biger outfits offer there customers ins. how do they do it and how can i do it. My fiancee and I are looking into buying our first home. I have no knowledge on where to start, what to look for, or how to go about it. I've been told there are loans you can get as a first time home buyer that doesn't require any money down. I make 25,000/year (+overtime) and my fiance makes 20,000/year. I will be opening a banquet hall type facility that will accomodate weddings, receptions, parties of all types, proms, corporate meetings, etc. I want a name that will let everyone know that this facility is not only for weddings and receptions, but for other types of events as well. I will provide catering, complete planning and execution of events. Thinking of having a "dinner night" once or twice a month especially for adults to enjoy a nice romantic candlelight dinner with soft music and dancing. Any more ideas welcomed.

A good friend of mine, I know her for few years asked me for a help as guarantor to get vehicle loan. She was late on payment & bank made report to my credit (sucks), besides that I have excellent credit. I ask local cop for help, they asked me to get court order :( it sucks when they support crooks. I ask bank, bank said they can't do anything since loan is not default.

Besides, she also made $8000 purchase on my credit card without my permission! (right after she got the vehicle) as of now she owes me $5000!! She gave me two checks of $4000 each which came back initially. Cop says its not consider as crime (bad check), its a civil matter since i didn't took the whole lump sum :(

She doesn't answer my call & I need to drive 30-40 minutes to get hold of her hopeing she is home.

Whats the solution? I wait over a year now & I have no money & time to goto court. What if I pick the vehicle from her driveway? (I have the key made from dealer)

please help. I'll pick the best answer.
