here are several shorting EFTs.
DOG shorts Dow Jones Industrials
SH shorts 100% of S&P 500
SDS shorts 200% of S&P 500
PSQ shorts 100% of Nasdaq 100 qqqq
PDQ shorts 200% of Nasdaq 100 qqqq
