Due to illness and having to give up a good paying job. I don't see me ever being able to pay off some credit cards ever. its been 5 years on some now. Is there a time limatation where this goes off your credit rating ? The interest has added up and just keeps going up.At some point do they give up and count this as a loss? Or does this just continue all your life untill you pay it off? if so I'm in major trouble. I have not and will not regain my health to the point of being in a point in my life where I can get these paid off.

What would you do if you have a co-worker that hates his job, that does nothing but complain, gives bad customer support and generally looking to get fired so he can collect unemployment.
The worse part of it is my supervisors keep telling us that they will look into it but probably don't care or don't want to find a replacement for him. He is upseting everyone at work and creating a bad influence, I want to say something but they said that I just need to get along with him. I love this job and don't want to quit but I'm getting to the point of dreading coming into work when he is here......... help please!!!!!!

I complained to the manager but its obvious that he didn't do anything.

I bought several boxes of printing paper, and bought two printers, and even a chair there because I've renting another office in Santa Monica but this guy didn't answer my questions, he was all over the place, got mad at me....I mean come on I spent well over $1,000 and I couldnt' get excellent customer service...this office depot store had no good management

I was very nice, direct, and sweet to them...but they took advantage ot it.

My boyfriends 28 yr old son put one of those sticky fly traps above the kitchen counter where he prepares food. I told him I would not eat the stuff made in his kitchen because he has vomiting, disease infested flies hanging stuck on a sticky trap over his kitchen counter. I consider it just disqusting and nasty. Am I over reacting?

The company will want to sue in its own state (South Dakota) because the Statute of Limitations on CC debt there is six years, where in my state (Texas) it is four years. So what is the legal precedent here? If this CC company sued me, would it take place in SD or Texas?

Note: I never signed a credit card application, less yet any document that specifies the location of a potential suit.

I bought a radio controlled plane on Ebay. When it arrived, the transmitter (remote control) did not work. I tried to get the seller to replace it but he said I have to deal with the manufacturer and not him. He stated in his auction "no returns".

So I payed for shipping to send it out for repair. I got it back, and now something else doesn't work. I won the auction over a month ago and I am sick of shipping this stuff away and waiting 2-3 weeks at a time for it to get fixed.

Even though he said no returns, shouldn't I be entitled to a refund since the item is unsatisfactory and not as described?

Several years ago my hubby and I decided to refinance our house. At the time I had been recently laid off from my job (I'm working now) and our broker discovered that we would get a better re-fi if the loan was only in my hubby's name. But, that meant that my name would be removed from the deed. She said that later, I could get a new deed made up with my name back on.

This has bugged me for a long time now - cause technically I don't own my house. The worse part about it is that 100% of the down payment from for house (300K) came from the sale of my old house that I owned before I even met my hubby (we've been married 5 years now)

The question - where/how do we get the deed fixed to add me back on? I can't go back to the original broker, she's no longer in the area. Oh - and we don't want to re-fi again cause our current loan rate is FAR lower than anything we can get right now.

Could someone make $1500-$2000 a month being an Arbonne consultant?

How many hours a week would a consultant need to work?

You get a 1099 for taxes as a consultant, right?

Is this a long term job or does it fizzle out quick?

Is it better to get a full time job with benefits?
