First off.. if you get a credit card offer from Juniper run for the hills. I got a card from them a while ago and my account was always in good standing. A few months back they started to raise my APR and when I called to ask why the answer was pretty much because they can. So I said I want my account closed when my balance reaches zero and there is no activity on my account but finance charges and payments. Now I see that even though the account is closed they raised my APR again. I thought my account terms stay at what they were when the account was closed until balance reaches 0 (because I did this once before with providian- another run for the hills company) I have since read numerous horror stories on JUNIPER on some bad business bureau site and this seems to be a common practice (raising APR's for no reason..because the economy is bad..etc) - so anyways the main thing I want to know is can they do this? and to warn people...

I just had an interview yesterday and I think it went pretty good. It is a job with alot of responsiblilities (HR Manager) that I have had in past positions so I am good there. I got along with the interview, I would be replacing. Even chatted with some of the employees while she went out to feed the meter. I really want this job badly. I even put my thank you letter in the mail right after I left. My question is should I do anything now? I was given her card to email her if I have any other questions...should I email some? Or send an email thank you too. I don't wanna seem needy or crazy but I do want the job. I am super qualified almost over, so I know I am good in the experience and skills department. I am just so excited and want to do everything right. Any advice is great.

my cousin has been working with me for a week at this restaurant and so far she has to still be told more than once how to do things, and she works so slow. and i could kind of see the boss is getting irratated by it. i feel so sorry for her because she tries so hard , she is always nice to everyone and shows up everyday. but she is so slow and they always keep reminding her how to do things, and to speed up. i feel so bad, b/c i want her to suceed she is such a good girl and so sweet and shy. and i love having my cousin around. but what should i do to help her or what should she do and do you think she will be fired soon?

I would like to start an LLC in WA State that would assist small business owners with State and Federal applications, tax forms, tax returns, payroll and general bookeeping. I am not licensed as a CPA but have general knowledge in the field and am actively pursuing the requirements for the exam. Can I offer these services without a professional license?

From a legal standpoint, considering that a corporation is considered a person, and that the supreme court has never actually ruled on the exact definition of a natural-born citizen, would this mean that a corporation could become president of the United States if the supreme court ruled that it was considered a citizen if the corporation is started here and meets all other requirements for presidency?

For the past 3-4 months, I have been getting orders in clusters on my clothing website. There is no regular stream of orders. For e.g. for the past 3-4 days, I had no orders on the website and today I ended up getting 6 orders. This pattern has been repeating for quite some time and I do not know if this is due to some technical issue. I only advertise via Google Adwords. Rest of the website traffic is through organic search only. I havent made too many changes to the website either recently. Any insight to help me solve this mystery will be really appreciated.
