My son died unexpectedly and left no will. He was single, 22 years old. He has money in his bank account and a paycheck that we are unable to cash or put into his bank account. He also has a car that is in his name that we would like to sell. We, my husband and I, paid for all of his funeral expenses ourselves, which we had no second thoughts about. However he still owes some money on his credit cards, and those are his only debts. We are also still looking into the possibility that he may have had some type of death benefits.

My budget simply will not allow me to pay the monthly amount that a certain hospital requires to keep from going to collections or garnishment. We are tapped out! My husband and I went for several months being promised health insurance at his job and when it came through it was a catostrophic care plan with a $6,000 deductable. He has during that time had to visit several hospitals for health problems and the bills are almost $7,000! Please...someone help!

I have put everything I have into a new business to protect children from weapons, poisons, and medication and am marketing my products thru ecommerce: www.keep-safelockbox.com. But I'm in my 70's and living on Social Security, and I still need $10,000 to $25,000 to build up inventory, buy shipping materials, and do more marketing. Without having to sell the license for my inventions, does anyone have any suggestions? Edie B

My brother and I want to start our own painting business, but we're unsure of whether we need a license to do so or not. (Never heard of having to have one) What else is required to get 'legal'?

I tend to be a bit of a pitbull with follow up on sales I am working on gaining. How can I do so without seeming like a pushy sales agent. I use the consultive sales approach in selling but my clients are Doctors and very overwhelmed with their own work and they forget about policies they have commited to move forward with.

It is probably not possible to boycott a company as large as they are, but the profit results they posted today made me sick.

I spoted this boycott pettition online and was wondering if anyone else had seen it:

I am interested in purchasing a home for the first time and I don't have the time to do endless searches. Yet I am leery about purchasing CD's that supposedly teach you where to look and how to apply for these grants. My credit is not the greatest but I have decided that having to live in subpar housing and having a landlord who does not respond to my request for repairs is no longer worth the hassle. I would also like a program that would offer credit couseling so that if I am fortunate enough to purchase a home, I know that I will not have any problems paying the mortage.

My daughter-in-law and my three grandsons currently reside with me in a three bedroom house, along with my husband and younger son. My daughter-in-law and I are the only ones currently working in the household. Needless to say that space is very limited at home. I mostly concerned with the condition of the house. Having young grandhchildren, I worry about them getting hurt with the condition of our home.

He bought the apt. where I was working in late March. I set up the rental office for him-everything. He knew nothing about running an apartment complex. He kept me on long enough to learn about the buildings, tenants and other issues. Then he let me go and brought in
this woman who is of his same religion. He had the right to fire me.
But why do people think I should be diplomatic about what he did to me? HE went around asking "What type of person say that she hopes I fail"? A person who was he treated unfairly. My mother even was upset that I said that to him. He deserved it and more.

I just moved to a new department and someone is reporting that my row of cubicles is too loud. I know that I am one of 4 offenders of this due to talking with my manager. However, I sit really close to several other departments that are louder tham me (sometimes I have to plug my ears just to think).I don't know why someone would complain everytime I talk. Help!!! PS, this is also important, the person who is complaining is only complaing when we talk about pregnancy (I am currently pregnant and the other offenders have recently had children). Why would someone continue to complain about this and what can I do to no longer be an offender?
