I've been trying to get a slogan for my business, as I'm moving from Lees-Smith computing to LSC but LSC Doesn't give enough info. Here are some ideas, which one do you think is the best, by the way none of them are my ideas, good old yahoo answers has provided me with my top 8. I can fix computers but I'm crap with slogans)

1 LSC, Safeguarding your digital age
2 LSC, Where you computer can crash
3 LSC, Our Business is getting you back in business
4 LSC, Get it out your system
5 LSC, for when the chips are down
6 LSC, we won't take a megabyte out of your wallet
7 LSC, Tomorrows Solutions, Today
8 LSC, for when your digital goes analogue

Which on would you go for?

I am opening up a 5 bedroomed guesthouse in a rural border town in Southern Africa. Never done this before, and I really want to have a special place that sets me apart from the others. My target clientele will be tourists en route to the game park, visitors from the neighbouring country, senior government officials, business people and potential investors. Any wonderful tips and suggestions will make my day!

You know when you pay for something with a credit card and you have to sign your signature on that electronic screen? Does it bother you that the company you are patronizing not only has your card number but an electronic signature of yours in their data bank?

The fraud potetial is just enormous. How can you prove you didn't authorize transactions if they have all the ingredients to perpetrate the simple fraud?

I'll be managing a company and I'm the treasurer. What should my job title be on my business card.

Also, do you have any good ideas for the format of my business card? Thanks

It is becoming increasingly difficult to check fraud with card payments these days, I seem to recollect that same was the risk with cash at the beginning, well so history tells us, do you think more people will embrace the card option (Debit or Credit) and why do you think so?

A relative is doing a 1031 exchange on an investment property into another investment property. It is a house I will be living in and will eventually get the entire property. My question is this: Can I take out a mortgage in my name, on a 1031 exchange property that is not in my name? If so, does it have to be an non-owner occupied loan?

Also, how long does it take to approve a business credit card and a short-term business loan? I know what the terms are and what you need to bring in with your application...I'm just not sure how long the process takes. Any advice will help. Thanks!

When I leased this house a year ago (brand new home), the landlord stated in many emails (which I still have) that the backyard landscaping would be done, at his expense. He had a patio put in, but they left huge chunks of concrete in the yard and never came back to finish up, and they ruined the underground watering system at the front of the house near the side fence. The owner was notified over and over about this. The concrete is too big for me to move and I'm not paying to fix the mess they made.

The yard is a total overgrown mess, I've never been able to use it in ANY form, which I estimate to be about 20% of the property.

I'm getting ready to move. My lease states that I am responsible for yard upkeep, which I have in the front yard (which was ladscaped by the builder), but not the backyard.

Will this come back to bite me in the behind, or do I have legal rights, with the copies of emails, etc., that I was/am not responsible for the yards condition. THANKS!!

A couple large or a bunch of small ones? Newst ones? Help!
