how do you professional, like for an interview, without wearing a suit? Do you need a nice belt, with kackies and a collared shirt? stuff like that?

I smoke weed daily and in a couple of weeks but i dont want to stop smoking but I want to pass the drug test still any advice? ( I smoke for my bad back,stomic issues and religous resasons so no rude comments please !!!)

I have a formen in the shop i work at and i am much better, at what we do, then him.he knows it!!!! I am a girl by the way. so, he looks for mistakes and snickers and laughs at me,minor and silly.does not effect others!!!!his mistakes are usually much worse and effects everyone,but,thats o.k. right.
he wont let me cut on the saw or build.yes i have done this for years and I can do much better then him!!!!!he has seen me do these things and just can't stand the fact.so,he limits me to laminating.what.is he crazy?????????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Homemaker-for-Hire. Someone to clean, cook, do laundry, wash windows, etc. I can be hired to cook a private dinner to impress a few friends or to wash your windows. I will do your laundry and fold it while cleaning the bathrooms. I am only available to a few customers a few hours a day or for a brief period on the weekends. Do you think that anyone would want to pay for "wifely" duties?

I work in a warehouse store managing the book department and ever since my first week on the job the store manager yells at me constantly. When she needs to say something to me she gets very confrontational and scares the **** out of me. I have asperger's syndrome, a form of high functioning autism that causes impaired social functioning. When I told her this and said that yelling is counter-productive when dealing with HF autistics she basically said I just need to learn how to deal with people better and that the yelling is for my own good. She refuses to improve the way she treats me. According to her I'm doing a good job with my department though. I work in Delaware and the company is based out of Pennsylvania. I have no problem with the other managers. What can I do? I can't afford to quit without another job.
