Do you think your raise is enough to cover the inflation rate, high price gas, and tax rate?
Would you rather to have no raise if everything stays the same?

no, i did not get a raise yet

and no, if everything stays the same, I still want a pay raise. Gas prices are still ridiculous. If gas went down to 1.50 I would be okay with no pay raise....

I have gotten 3 raises so far this year and each one of them has been about 5 % of my paycheck. If everything stayed the same I would still want a raise because that means more money which means more fun for me!!!!!

the "raise" is motivating dont take that away.... If you willing to pay the person $10 an hour start him off at $8 and give him a .50 raise every 6 months, when the person is at $10 an hour he will be worth every penny.

i just got a $.30 raise which I am happy with although no I do not think it will help much. But I work for a non-profit so any raise is a good thing.
