If you already have an internal accounting department, start there. If its a Controller, degreed accountant, a CPA or somebody like that running your accounting, perhaps you have the expertise internally to handle things. If you only have a bookkeeping or an accounting clerk, I suggest you consult a CPA in public practice to handle the filings for you and to work with your bookkeeper to get the required information.

An accountant. Also, if you have payroll, you may have to hire a payroll service to process payroll taxes (you could do it yourself, but it's a pain in the neck).
