"Playing the stock market" is no different than gambling. Why should people gamble away their hard earn money when American corporate executives simply line their pockets with it?

I owe under $1000 in past debut which I am working to pay off. I am making decent money and I do pay my bills ever month. Most of the bad credit was from my younder irresponsible days but it is still hunting me thru adult hood. I just need to know who I can look at or contact to at least help me establish a $300 limit and then they would allow me to prove myself for a bigger limit in time.

And also, if I do get a credit card, how should I use it in order to build my credit rating (i.e purchases, payments, etc.)

I am 30yrs old now, and its killing me to not have at least a 650 or better credit rating.

So any advice and resources would really help me out.

thanks

Is it legal, in Texas, for a person who is not a real estate agent or the owner to write a contract for the sale or lease of real property, building, home, etc. I am aware of a person who is neither owner or a licensed real estate agent who has prepared a lease agreement and the wording in the contract has caused the Leasee loss of money and many problems. There is one requirement to be fulfilled by the Lessor that hasn't been fulfilled. Unfortunately, there is not a time factor for this requirement to be completed but from other wording in the contract it could be considered a "contract by assumption". This is a matter that is curcial for a friend and I would GREATLY appreciate and answer as soon as possible. Thank you, jam2735@yahoo.com

My fiance and I are going to move in toguether into her house, We are going to get married on the 5th next month.. Well I Lived In the apt for 3 monthns. and I finnaly decided to brake the lease. I had no choice, and In the contract sais that I would have to pay Fees, and other $$ - total is around $1,600.00 , and I dont have the money to pay it - because I'm paying the IRS monthly payments. Now about the IRS I'm really scare of those guys!- whats the worst that could happen? I already gave them the keys, with $12.00 check for the water bill, and the apartment is very clean. One thing they made me mad about tough was that when I moved in , the sink was Moldie and very nasty! they took like 2 months to finnaly change the sink, but they left a hole for a part missing of the sink for the water hose. I took off and they still didn't finish the job. Well anybody has any words? Thanks

There are 1000 people staying in the field next to us in caravans getting ready for a horse and country show.
How would you make some money from these people over the next two days?

I loose a lot of business as Americans do not trust a Chinese Company to make advance payments. And we need to collect funds in our bank a/c by wire-transfer, no PayPal or credit cards. Any suggestions on how can I make them trust me and my company?

I really can't stand business jargon - 'Ball Park Figures' , 'In The Zone' , 'Run it up the flagpole, and see who salutes it.' !!!!

Anyone else hate or love it ?

My higher-level boss insist though my supervisor mishandled the situation, its' not a mistake. But this incident cost me dearly of my reputation (losing the trust of working partners, and inevitably some customers). I hold evidence of similar mistake made by her before. Should 1
(a) use it against her and probably lose my job cos' my boss does want us to blow this matter up any further. There is also the financial risk as I need to support my family.
(b) swallow all this s*&^$#* and accept change of job scope proposed by my boss. But this is so unfair! I do not believe what she was did unintentional, else she must be very stupid. How could I let her get away with it?
