There are 1000 people staying in the field next to us in caravans getting ready for a horse and country show.
How would you make some money from these people over the next two days?

I went to a show at Bollingbroke Castle and the houses around the town square had those small Barbeque SPit thingybobs with Chickens and pork roasting on them. Carved them up and some them as hot baggettes for £2.50 a go. People were queueing up for them - cos it's a lot better than the burger and hot dog crap that you usually get. Find a gap in the refreshments market and exploit it. For example: If there are a lot of kids there - and I assume there will be - get some milk in. You will be amazed how this get's overlooked, cos it's what a lot of kids like and hardly anybody sells it!

Just read this back - and when I say hot dog crap I obviously mean hotdog crap and not hot dog-crap.

Put up a stand for hot dogs and coke. If you have an assistant, sell some prepacked ice cream as well. Very simple, very profitable
