nope, they probably wouldn't appreciate you snitching on your colleague. if you need to say something I would tell the employee who left that you are bothered by this. the less stress for your boss the better for you.

No, it is none of your business what your co-worker does. Forget about it "not being fair" to you. Let your co-worker do whatever they please. If they are in the wrong, they will eventually be found it. Perhaps if it keeps recurring for a month straight, or something like that, then you might speak to your boss about the situation.

If they cut out ten minutes early, it's not worth it. There probably wasn't any task they could've completed within that short of a time period, so it's not worth it to sit around and do nothing. Now, if we're talking half the day they're punching in a full day on thier time card... yeah, that needs to be reported.

likes kings in olden days had spies in the kingdom to keep them update on the mood of public, his ministers intentions etc ......... generally all bosses or head of organisation have there informers or sympathisers to tell them of any thing and everything ......so don't worry he will come to know ....... don't go and inform your boss just because you are in the rat race with your co worker for promotion

No, telling on co-workers is as bad as little kids tattle-tailing. Only say something if it affects your job performance/happiness.

NO...it'll look like you're gossiping about others. There's nothing to gain from this.
