basically i have become over my head in bills and am in dire need of a vehical. 2 problems:

1. i have little or no credit (depends on who checks it)
2. I have little money for down payments or even to pay my bills.

Without credit, it i'm having a difficult time getting a vehical cuz i don't qualify for any lagitamite loans. And i need to somehow consolidate my bills. if i can do one or the other, i can save my self, but i need suggestions. my one friend suggested a Credit Union might help me get a loan for a vehicle. if not, i was thinking debt consolidation anyway.

Can someone help?

I am closing my account at the credit union due to unsatisfactory customer service. Do they have any incentive to give good customer service, since they are not-for-profit organizations? Do they really care if I close my account or not?

My fiancee and I co-own a clothing company that currently is ran 100% from our home office, including a warehouse (small) in our garage.

We both still work full time jobs, and we haven't gained enough business to the website for us to be anywhere close to breaking even!

We are wondering how we should go about hiring distributors, especially independent ones. How do we provide protection to them, us and mostly our product? Information needed would be laws, books for reference, websites, agreements, contracts, etc.. Any and all help appreciated!

When I was a kid in the mid to late 70's, there were many midwestern municipal parks that had small railroads in them. In some cases they were free or charged a nominal fee. Both Children and adults could ride inside the cars and travel on simple loops of track or sometimes through more complicated scenery. Many of these amusement rides have since been abandoned due to insurance or operating costs and the trains themselves are collectors items.
It was a relatively simple form of entertainment that I imagine grew out of America's fascination with the real railroads especially since many of our parents had traveled the rails when they were younger. The great part was that both Children and their parents or grandparents could participate together.

Do you believe this entertainment situation could still work today? Or, have we all grown so busy that no one would be interested?

I just graduated from College with a degree in Business MGMT and Applied Psychology. I think I could create and run a business. I only have about $600 in my bank account and the most expensive thing I own is my 6000 car. I have 20,000 in student loads that I need to pay off. My fancy Tech job of working at an internet retail store as a sales specialist only pays $9.00/hr in MT. How can I get money to run my own business so that I can apply my education and passions?
