It depends how old the child is.
Beetween 1-5 $4.00 an hour
Beetween 6-10 $7-$8 an hour
ANY older $10.00 an hour
I could be wrong. It could be vice versa because of how much care you had to REALLY take care of it. It also depends if the person has a disabilty or special needs or even how far away they are from you. If you have a car i would also include gas
money. And the time of day or what state cus im in California so it could be a little different.

There are a lot of different variables involved with this question such as how old is the child, how old is the babysitter, where are you located, does the child have any special needs, etc...
The reason these are important details is because I know that the cost of babysitting here in Southern California is a little higher than in, say, Illinois.

Depends on your age. If you are a teenager i would pay you $2-3 bucks an hour. Was this during the day? Was it at night? I usually pay my babysitters extra for the evening with a tip.

Depends where you live and the age of the child. Without knowing more I would say $6 per hour.

As a parent, I don't pay more than $2 or 3 an hour. My job only pays $12 per hour and after taxes etc, I can't afford more, and licensed daycare only charges $2 per hour per child.

i would say $90-if it is just a one time thing. If she did it frequently, I would say about $50-$60.
