all this assuming u r talkig to a right person, u r not pushy, going for win-win, u first established trust, u asked if they have time to talk, and ...... they honestly say there is no need for things u want to help them with. no problems to solve. happy

do u struggle to develop a need from "potential pains" (asking situation/problem/implication questions?
if so - how often does this work in reality?

It would be nice to have the option to put in a date range, and have it calculate the average stock price for that range.

Do you love your job? Tolerate it? Despise going to work every day? Why? What is it that makes you love or hate or just tolerate your employment? Do you feel that an unsatisfying work life is part of the American condition?

Here is a link to the job I have a question about...
http://www.solano.edu/jobs/display_job.asp?job_id=596

On the JOB ANNOUCEMENT number 4 of the minimum qualifcations states...

"Demonstrated skill in respectful, sensitive and effective communication with people who are diverse in their cultures, ethnicities, language groups, and abilities, and with individuals from all other groups protected from discrimination. Sensitivity to and understanding of the diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds of community college students."

I'm not exactly sure what this means, I realize that I'm probably going to end up having to ask them, but does anyone have an idea of what this could refer to (like volenteer work?)....FYI I've taken a look on most of the jobs offered at the college, and most (if not all) seem to say the same thing.

I work from home. I do not sell, stock, pick-up or deliver anything.
There is no paperwork, no record keeping, and no overhead.
All I do is set up wholesale accounts for a catalog company.
It is a business you can start for less than $15
This is a SOLID 20 year old, INC 500 company, with NO large investments, and NO risk.
And if you are not satisfied, you get ALL your money back within 90 days.
This company is set apart from ALL other companies.
In two short years my mom, who is a stay at home mom, and home schools her kids,
is making VERY reliable, residual income.

More than $9000.00 a month.
