I don't mean an ETF or index (like ^XAU) unless it closely tracks the price per oz so that the current ticker value is between $600 and $700 (whatever gold is trading at now).
The symbol should work at Yahoo Finance or Reuters.

Most Forex brokers have spreads of at least 2 pips on EUR/USD and many are 3 or 4 pip spreads. I'm currently using Interactive Brokers whose spread on EUR/USD runs about 1 to 2 pips plus a small commission. Are there any Forex brokers that are better?

I don't want to tell my parents and I am trying to figure out the best way to pay off this debt. Should I close the account? Will that hurt my credit score even more? What does my credit score look like with the 6, 531 I owe? What is the best why I can get myself out of this mess? And still have a decent credit score? What should I say to the creditors? Should I close the account and go to the collection agency? Please help! And yeah I know I'm young and dumb and I f**ked up big time!!

We operate in NJ where we are currently leasing a space for a store. We are in need of more power at the location which requires a major investment to be made into upgrading electrical infrastructure in the building. Our lease expires in less than a year and I think it's the landord's responsibility to cover the cost of such improvement since it's his property and it would be a permament improvement to his property from which next tenant would benefit if he or us don't renew the lease. Am I right in my thinking? Is there a law which I can use to pursuade him that it is his responsibility to pay for it?

Thank you.

I have a rental property. The rent I receive covers the mortgage payment for that one family house.

I would like to buy a second house, which will become my primary residence. How much of an impact having a rental property would have on my ability to get a second mortgage loan (for the house I am planning to buy). Is it going to dramatically affect the interest rate I pay?

Is there an online calculator for this?

Thanks

The new product is portable pillows, specially designed pillows for loving & body products. Higher end price for pillows, but the cost is very high also. The market potential varies 4 the different products, some have a wide potential, others more limited. I need to determine what is a fair price for my work. The Commission being offered is 15% of gross sales. But I don't feel that covers the marketing end of my work very well. I could build up an entire clientelle for owner then I have to leave, but all I got was the commission of sales? Doesn't sound right. Some have suggested partnering but that is a bit to much I think. I'd like to know how to find out what the market rate for this would be, but don't know where to look or who to ask. Thanks for your Advise :)
