While replacing my neighbors basement wall, his contractor hit the side of my house and put a hole in the siding. After a month of waiting, they came and replaced the siding with white siding. My house is beige. It looks ridiculous. What legal recouse do I have? Do I have to deal with a huge white patch on the side of my house or can I go after the contractor to fix it?

I own a lodge out in the bush in Botswana, Africa that I want to sell. It is a big plot of 7.5 hectares with traditional bungalows, campsite, reception and traditional bar. However it is not as easy as I thought. I am not in Botswana right now. Do you know a free web-site on which I could advertise the lodge. Your comments are very welcome. By the way the camp needs to be developed further. I guess I should sell to a nature lover who would love to stay out in the bush and likes to develop the site further!

I recently bought stock in a company that I researched extensively. I bought at 48 and sold at 51. Within a week it went to 61 then split. I exited too early but I am considering buying back in.

I know you're supposed to get all dressy for interviews, but does that include one at Pizza Hut, or would a pair of jeans and a nice t-shirt work?

For a traditional IRA, I know that it is tax-deferred. So.. If I start to widthdraw say within 2 years, what is being taxed?? the intrest earned and also the 2000 dollars that I have initially put in??

I know for a Roth IRA, within a specified amount of time, when you start to withdraw, only the intrest is being tax, and there are not tax deductibles....

The company I had the account with was taken over by another company. I have sent numerous requests to be reimbursed the overpayment, with no results other than more monthly statements. Can make no connection to a live person by phone and there is no automated option for reimbursement. Its easy enough to throw the statements in the garbage each month, but it is costing this company more than 2X what they owe me, just to tell me each month that they owe me. It's just an insult to any good business mind.

I have been repeatedly threatened by an employee, who reports to me, with the following threat: "I am going to get you fired then kill you". When I brought this to the attention of the owners I was told "Oh, he's just a punk". The punk is being mentored (for lack of a better term) by the owner of the company, so my recourse is limited since I need the job. Any suggestion?
