If you're single with no dependents, around $3300 for federal, a little less than $1000 for state. Philadelphia has a city tax that varies from around 4% to 4.5% depending on whether you work in the city, live in the city, or both - that's another $1300 or so.
Then of course there's also social security/medicare, another almost $2500.

There are a lot of factors that come into play...
Single or Married?
# of Dependants?
Also, I'm in Florida and we don't have state tax (just Federal Income Tax) ... but I'm thinking you have state tax to deal with as well.
So, I can't really give you a $$$$ amount. Your guess is as good as mine!

I also make around the same salary in Philly. If you are single with no kids, you will probably be taxed around 25%.
