I've worked in this office longer than any of the others. I've trained some of them. I'm not a supervisor. But the new supervisor did hire her "friends". We all get along, no fighting. But I'm kept out of "the loops". They talk and laugh and share personal life stuff and do not include me. They don't have to, it's work not home life. But one got married, they were all invited except me. She brought in pictures and the sat around and shared them, except me. I've worked for the same company for 26 years, never experienced this before. Honestly, I'm not weird, I'm easy to get along with, help whenever I can, but this is awful. Should I quit and just get another position? 26 years down the drain. Why? Do you think, they want to hire another "friend"? What do you think? Others have noticed too, its not just me.

I've noticed in the past 28 years of living in the US that everything is much more expensive for Canadians that the US. Why is this? Just curious. And I'm sure we learned it in school, I just can't recall ;)!!!

I bought a house for a rental 1.5 years ago with a 1031 that is appraised at 350k, I just took a loan out on it for 200k. If I sell this house this month, how much do I have to exhange. does the sale of the house pay the loan off and keep the money have only to spend 150k or do I need to spend what the house is worth?

Preferrably on a professional level for career development- not answers such as you sweat too much, your office is too cold, or your co-workers are crabby.

I need serious thinkers!?
Ok so here it is: My boyfriend and i have just moved into our first appartment, we both have jobs and make "decent money."However, we aren't making enough 2 really enjoy our stay there so i've been trying to think of different side jobs that i could do 2 earn extra cash. My father is a good investor, for instance he buys sailboats for a reasonable price that need work and then fixes them up and sales them for a much higher price. Well, obviously i don't have the money 2 buy a cheap sailboat so i was wondering if you could give me some ideas 2 help me out! So far i've thought of many things but not what i'm looking for ie: garage sales, and selling things i make @ a Flea Market.

Anything you have 4 an idea would be great!
Thanx

I have always been told I have a great voice. Smooth, pleasant, kinda sexy. I want to earn a living with it. How do I get started doing voices for comercials or other? How else can I make money with my voice. I do not match my voice physically as I am under 5 foot and not photogenic.
