I'm trying to start my own business. However, I just can't seem to keep motivated - you know, "i'll do it later". i don't know if i'm afraid of not succeeding or what. i'll never make it if i don't keep at it, and i don't want to do my current job forever! what have you guys done to motivate yourselves? ideas? advice? tough love?

I am 27 yrs old and make 35K, I currently have $12K in debt...How can I get out of it quickly and start saving. I feel like such a loser sometimes when I see my friends making more money and living debt free. Right now I am living with my parents until I can make more money.

I'm making a spreadsheet that will list a number of registrations and activities. Ideally, the person entering the data will be able to type in the name and put an "X" in the column that the person is registering for. The spreadsheet will then add the value of the "X" (ie: $20.00,
$65.00, etc) in the appropriate column. Each column will have a different number.

i feel it's inappropriate to call about employment, but i don't know. So anyone who has more experience with job searching, can you help? I feel this is what i would ask:

1. if its all the same to you, i wont be coming to work. the voices told me to clean all my guns today
2. on saturday, i set half the clocks in my house ahead an hour, and the other half back an hour and spent 18 hours in some freaky kind of spce time continum loop, reliving Sunday (right up until the explosion). i was able to exit the loop only by reversing the polarity of the power source in the house, while simutaniously rapping my dog on the snout with a rolled up newspaper. accordingly i will either be in either late, or early
3. i cant come in to work today because ill be stalking my previuos boss. he fired me for no showing up at work

out of work for almost 3 yrs and he cant find anything. When he does finally get a job he gets let go for no reason at all. He cant keep a job longer than a month. He says hes been cursed and i do believe that. How does he fix this problem. HELP PLEASE!

If I closed on a $720,000 property (my new primary residence) with a $140,000 down payment, how soon can I use equity (down payment) towards an investment property. So far ive heard theres a 6 month to a year cap on equity loans, then I heard I can get a line of credit as soon as I close without a problem...anybody have a clear answer? btw my credit score is 680...I've asked before haven't gotten a clear answer. I've also spoken to some mortgage brokers and they have given me conflicting answers.
