13. bosses are more likely to hand out raises when they are wasted
14. salary negotiations are a lot more profitable
15. suddenly, burping during a meeting is isnt so embarrassing
16. employees work later since theres no longer a need to relax at the bar

18. everyone agrees the work is of better quality after theyve had a couple of drinks

I have been to the cre loaded website and template monster and they are SO expensive! All the other sites I have looked at are just copies of template monster. It needs to be DARK and I need the ability to change it so it reflects a Metaphysical/Wiccan/Witch/Pagan/Educational theme, or already have it that type of theme. I'm will to pay a few hundred dollars if it's REALLY great but I would also need to find someone who would be willing to take payments for the theme for that amount.

trying to find these properies I got realized that is almost impossible to do it, I talked with two different realtors and they said they could help but, until nw they haven't called me back so a assume that they couldn't find anything for me, or for them this doesn't mean a great business even if I told them that they will find the homes, I'll buy them and fixed them and then they will sell them. Could somebody would tell me if this is so difficult, or I just have to try to talk with other realtors?

my credit is horrible. My question is this; Is it possible to get approved for a home loan in his name only? I don't want my credit affecting his at all after we get married, or preventing us from getting a home...which is why we are planning on keeping all of our finances very seperate until my credit is cleaned up, which I'm working on. He makes a very good living, and can qualify for a loan without me, but am I required to disclose mu info. and be on the loan application as well, just because we are married? Please help as this might determine whether or not I have to postpone our wedding until after we get our home.
