Could buy a good classified ad. Or a cheaper way would be to buy materials, say perphaps printer paper, and just print fliers for around town and to be hung on doornobs etc. after creating a nice advertisment through say wordpad or photoshop.

Spend half of it over there and save the other half.
Half of advertising money is wasted but I can't tell you which half to keep.
