See a bankruptcy lawyer, but you'll need to pay the money up front for the legal fee. Usually like $1,500. Use the yellow pages, let your fingers do the walking, under the Lawyers section.

quit your job,get as many credit cards as possible.
charge them to the max. then dont pay a dime.
file bankrupcy
then you can be a loser.
