I have earned a Bachelor's degree in corporate finance. I have gone to all of the employment websites (e.g. Monster.com, careerbuilder.com, hotjobs.com, etc.) In addition, I have gone to all of the companies websites that are headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio. I have also gone to employment agencies. I earned my degree 3 1/2 years ago and have worked diligently to find a job. I am running out of patience and don't know what to do. PLEASE HELP ME!

I work at a job where they pay us a base pay per week plus commission. They say our base is based on 40 hours per week but if we fall under that, they pay us 5.15 an hour, minimum wage. But, if we go OVER 40 hours they base our overtime pay on our sales performance. There has been times where I've only gotten paid 4.00 an hour for overtime, plus they don't pay holiday pay, but claim we are "salaried" employees. Even on salary, don't you get paid time and a half for overtime and get holiday pay? I mean I AM working full time, 40 hours a week. It seems to me though, that we are NOT salary, because if we fall UNDER the 40 hours they drop our pay to a "per hour" rate. As it stands, I'm making 400.00 a week base. Can someone give me some info on this? Is this legal? And we have these days during the month where it's like "mandatory overtime" where we work from 9am to 9pm, and they still don't pay us time and a half for those hours, but MAKE us work the overtime. What do I do?

to use card whenever and however I saw fit, since she was unable to leave house due to illness. I was using the card mostly for her (medical) and our bills that were overdue. Before she passed away, knowing she was going to pass away, told me to use card after she was gone to pay for some more bills. At first, I was afraid to do this, thinking that I might get in some sort of trouble. My sister knew the banker well, the banker being the one that helped my mother get the card through them. My sister said that I could still use the card, that the banker said that they(the credit card people) didn't much care as long as they were getting their payments, which I had been paying before and after my mother died. It seems like they should be satisfied with this since they wouldn't have gotten any money from my mother. But they called, asking me to pay large payments which I can't. What can or will they do if I can't pay the larger? Why can't they be satisfied with what I was paying?

I won the bid for a "Bach Trumpet Mouthpiece" and was sent a trombone mouthpiece that had a damaged stem...I contacted the seller who wants me to return the damaged merchantise for a refund and I think he should send me the right mouthpiece...I wouldn't mind sending back the mouthpiece if it were usuable but would he try to sell it to some onther buyer? He claims that he doesn't know the difference between a trumpet and a trombone mouthpiece and that I should have known it was a trombone mouthpiece from the picture and was sorry for the inconvienience..He doesn't address the fact that the stem was damaged...

I'm trying to find a way to work from home to earn extra money using my computer. I checked into this one home business and they advertised it was free and than I find out I'll have to pay $100 - $1,000's to get started in it. I understand you may have to pay money to make money but if I had that kind of money I wouldn't worry about earning any extra. If someone knows about ways to earn money from home without getting ripped off and a job that's real and not false advertising please let me know.
