Don't ingest alcohol, pot, or any other illegal drugs, and check with a pharmacist about any prescribed drugs you are taking.
Some drugs ( like pot) will stay in your system two weeks.

Here's the deal:
Those drinks are expensive and they rarely work. I spent my entire life living with 2 parents and an older brother who smoke pot (among other things). Believe me, I know.
So here's what does work. Go to this site below. It's on ebay, so you'll have to bid on it. I bought this same exact recipe from this person before and it's cheap for the recipe and cheap for the ingredients and it works! After you win the item, have the seller send it to you via email. The seller will, it says so at the bottom of the listing. That way, you won't have to pay extra for shipping. This recipe teaches you how to make your own detox drink so you will NEVER have to spend all that money again. And it works. I've tried it numerous times. Plus, you get info. on how it works and instructions. Good Luck!
Also - don't bother with any juices or just plain water - it waters down your urine way too much. The lab also tests creatine levels in your pee (a naturally occuring mineral) and if the levels are too low, your test will be inconclusive. Also, vitamin B2 is good to take too, because it adds some color to your urine.
And - NEVER drink vinegar! It causes horrible diarrhea and cramping! It can also cause severe dehydration.

Don't do drugs. I take samples for drug test all the time and give the result to the physician. Drug test are so high tech, you cannot do anything to pass them except not do drugs.

there r drinks that will flush ur system at gnc and also u can try niacin but it will make u itch so best to take some sleeping pills with it some of the drinks r 24 hours and some will clean u in 6 hours
