I have updated my resume, should I print it in a color, or leave it black and white?

Leave it in black and white. You can BOLD certain headings and points you want to emphasize. You could print it on a soft color paper - they sell individual sheets of nice paper stock at craft stores - and you could choose one of those to make it stand out as a quality resume.
