Let me share my idea with you!
1. The cost to start the business
2. The time that you are going to spend to run the business
3. Office Space - choose the business which does not require big office
4. No. of employee

Work at home after your working hours or during weekend. Go for the internet business which require less of your time and the one that will not make you feel headache with web designing or which require IT knowledge. Second, choose the internet based company which offer you the opportunity and at the same time giving you the convenience to start the business. Third, choose the business which does not require big money to start it.

All the above is only available from: http://www.website.ws/powercontrol

The best routes to take are to research the process of starting a business as well as the industry you're interested in.

I recommend checking out the SBA, Entrepreneur, The Start Up Journal & Nolo. All 4 are great informational resources for the new/small business owner. I posted links for you in the source box.

Research, research, research – this cannot be stressed enough. Read as much as you can. Here are some book titles that are relevant:

* How to Really Start Your Own Business, Fourth Edition by David E. Gumpert

* What No One Ever Tells You about Starting Your Own Business: Real-Life Start-Up Advice from 101 Successful Entrepreneurs (What No One Ever Tells You About Starting Your Own Business) by Jan Norman
* Business Start-Up Kit by Steven D. Strauss
* Start Your Own Business (Entrepreneur Magazine's Start Up) by Rieva Lesonsky

There are plenty of free informational resources out there. Check the source box for links to articles.

The best thing to do is what the wealthy do... consult those who know... Talk to people who know about all aspects of business.

But these days advice from people who are worth getting it from is costly. With so many questions and so many possible problems... the thing that I would recommend (based on what it has done for my business) is to look into a PrePaid Legal Services Business Plan. They have plans for every business size and situation, no only do you get your legal questions answered, documents reviewed, contracts drawn up, assistance with collections, legal representation in lawsuits, but now that they have partnered with GoSmall Biz you get access to an HR, Marketing, Accounting, Tax Prep and IT departments all for one low monthly payment that is based on the size and type of your business.

For questions about specific plans that your business may qualify for contact me directly.

It is always better to start out with as many people on your team and with the best and most accurate information...
Have a Great Day and Good Luck

i guess before strating a business one needs a plan, i know writing out planning stuff may seem boring but in business it separates those that know were their are going and those that are in the game for a short life span, planning is essential as it really allows you to get a view of were things are going and for you to get feed back from any influential people, your business plan should involve tpye of business and should outline things covering financing the project, expenses future or profitablity of business sustainability and any relevant information that may help you in getting suppport from a bank or partners,

By planning and writing down your plan you would have saved yourself the hassle and it shows your direction think clearly before committing to a business idea i have come to understand the best ideas or businesses are those run by those that have a passion for what they are starting another crucial factor is finding a mentor someone who has succeeded in business and someone who will guide you but not lead the passion is your remember, i suggest you look up business plans on the web i am sure you will be able to get a template whatever you decide its your passion good luck, i admire your determination and by asking you have saved yourself a whole lot of trouble.

Oh wow. Just about everything. Rent if renting, purchase price and financing if buying. Start-up costs, general success rates for whatever field you're thinking of going into. Your own commitment to whatever it is. Suppliers, business licenses, taxes, employees and their wages. Advertising, making sure you have every little thing you need to get started, from office supplies to floorspace.

Also, realistically, how devastating it would be to you and your family's situations if the business were to fail. Where would it leave you?

Just a few of many, many things to consider.

One thing that you need to look into is yourself. What is it that you like to do.What your passion remember you want to like what you are doing that way it will keep you interested. Start-up cost, set goals, make a budget, what products to sell, are you working this business by yourself to start, how much time will you put into making this business a success etc.... Hope this helps!!
