i am in school right know and while i was on vacation i got into trouble and now have an assult charge on my record ,i have never been in any trouble before is that going to effect my lisence in the next 4 yrs.will i have to get a lawyer.

When I was a business owner-still is-of a certain business, it had prices on certain products and when I looked into the business, it really had some exaggerating things on there? One time, I ordered a certain product and I was not told about the things that it included, but now my money is tooken, I would sue but the people that sold it to me were related to some of the brothers and sisters of the Church I go to, If I would have, then that would have not been Christ like?

I have a 2300 sq craftmen style house built in 1997. It is on a 1/2 acre lot with many trees and a creek. It is 3 stories with maple hardwood floors and a lot of arcitural flare. We are in a great neighborhood and good schools.

Ive been employed to repersent a company in china.They have sent me a large sum of money,I put the check in my bank and
my bank says the check is good and after 7 days credited my account with it,now if i send it out as they ask and it turnes out
the check was no good who is at fault here.Ive asked my bank if the check was good and they said it has been cleared,and sent me a statement to that efect, what do i do about disbersing funds
in a timely maner as to not get hurt.

I failed the Life, Accident, Health, my first time taking it, by one percent. Does my future employer think differently of me (i.e. doubting if they should have hired me at all)? I am retaking it in a few days and I am praying that I pass it this time around.
