i just sent in a release for payment how long will it take for me to get the check.

Since u just sent in the release for it- allow 3 to 4 days for delivery to them and nother 3 to 4 days for the check to bne issued and sent back to you. Most insurance want to hurry and send it so u dont change your mind about the amount and want to sue them! Give it a week and a half and you'll have it!

2-8 weeks with a phone call weekly to the issuer of said settlement check...

They're all right...should be less than a month...call in 10 days from return of release, to make sure it wasn't misplaced.

if that's the last paper they need, about five busines days, plus three for mailing time.
